This finale was the culmination of multiple plot lines pulling the strings of the story, magical deception and battle ready companions, the great KAMI dragon, a clever kitsune, and a brilliant ending. I was so happy with how everything came together in this last book. Rapt from the beginning to the final page. Rooting for all my favorite people. Living for the romance. On the edge of my seat throughout every battle, especially the ending. Then the epilogue brings it to a wonderful and hopeful close.
Altogether a fun trilogy to marathon. Perfect for fans of fantasy anime, dragon ball, deceptive magic and demons.
