2.5 stars!

I enjoy contemporary books to an extent, generally my top rating for a contemporary is 4 stars max unless it really really really hits home something personal to me. So 2.5 stars on this book IS NOT BAD by any means. Just means, it was average for me.

I liked it, didn't hate it. The romance and the story was good, predictable to a fault, but still fun. I didn't really connect to all the characters, but loved how they talked about how kpop stars can be seriously overworked and held to impossible standards. That brought a sense of realness to it. I just wish there was more of a twist on this romantic trope since it is primarily a romance book. The ending was also very pleasant and realistic, which I live for when it comes to these books!
