Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince by J. K. Rowling

"Quick Talk" with n o s p o i l e r s.

No hesitation this book is also 5 stars! I'm so emotional now after finishing this one. So so so sad over the ending, but super excited for the adventures to come in the next book. There wasn't so much of a cliff hanger except that they really hyped up what to come in the final installment. SERIOUSLY NOT READY FOR THIS SERIES TO BE OVER. I loved the movies! And now that the books are coming to an end too, I really will have no more Harry Potter. (Well, thankfully the Cursed Child is coming out!)

There were a lot of parts in this books that I enjoyed very much like Harry's relationship with Ginny. Ron and Hermione's squabbles. The quidditch of course. How now I completely understand the reasoning for the title, not just who its referring to, but why! And mostly how close Harry and Dumbledore became. Makes the ending twist your heart even more.

I must mention again how much I appreciate these books. When watching the movies you really do miss out on all the little details that help make everything make sense, but when youre watching you don't realize what you're missing out on. Just read them. Read them now because they are so worth it.

Anybody new to audio books and haven't read Harry Potter, use Audible! Jim Dale does a PERFECT job narrating the Harry Potter books and he's just wonderful to listen to!
